For use with the CIVCO Assist Positioning Arms

The Ultrasound Transducer Holder allows physicians to position an ultrasound transducer in a constant fixed relationship to the patient. The ultrasound Transducer Holder attaches to the Positioning Arms using Quick-Mount(TM). Freeing the physician's hands, the holder is ideal for positioning a transducer in a fixed location for an extended period of time, reducing the risks of repetitive stress injuries. This holder is recommended for use when performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including biospy, ablation and respiratory gating. The holder may be autoclaved, sterilized or disinfected using Cidex or Cidex OPA. Patent pending.
