Casting Station
The Casting Station minimizes the size of your mold room and improves labor and production efficiencies while improving block quality. The complete station measures 43.5" wide x 29" deep x 85" high (110.5 x 73.75 x 204.5cm) and includes:
- An alloy melter with digital readout, precise temperature control and no-drip ball valve dispenser. The melter is mounted on a roller carriage for convenient front-to-back movement over the cold plate.
- A large capacity, precision surfaced refrigerated cold plate measuring
- 42 x 24" (106.75 x 61cm) to accommodate six blocks. A 350 cfm vent hood* with blower.
- Includes either a vent hood and fan or an electronic air cleaner.Sturdy cabinets for convenient storage.
An optional air cleaner** provides safer, cleaner air in your mold room – 98% efficient at .03 microns.
No plumbing is required. Both 110 and 220 volt models are available.
*Note: Vent hood requires roof or sidewall exhaust turbine installed on site by a local HVAC contractor.
**Note: No outside venting is required for electronic air cleaner.
