Heavy grade construction file folders provide image protection and upright filing of all ultrasound prints. Patient identification and exam history areas also are provided for convenient storage of patient information. No staples, glue or tape is necessary. The folder offers peel-off adhesive tabs for mounting thermal prints. Print holders provide space for storage of additional prints. Each holder allows space for writing identification and other information.
